So I watched it

Plot

A couple who find their cheerful cab driver take them down a backwater, haunted road, revealing disturbing motives and his true intentions. I read the very brief synopsis and the story caught my attention.

It was like Kevin James gave an amazing performance as Becky

Everything seemed good and the story flowed smoothly until it started to turn a bit Twin Peaks-ish, which was, in other words, extremely confusing! I was surprised to see Nick Frost in a serious/psychopathic role.

It was very confusing at the end

Both comedians did quite well playing serious roles. Like I said, this movie started three-quarters of the way through.

I couldn’t make anything out of it

Was it supposed to be a horror movie Groundhog Day? Was it supposed to be like Ride?

There was nothing wrong with the actors’ performances

But the story and the ending really disappointed me! I suspect that the person who posted the first contribution must be one of the producers or someone connected to the film in some way.
